Enjoy the shore in this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse, just steps away from the ocean!  Spend your days at the beach which is just one block away, and your nights on the balcony, watching the spectacular Friday night firework shows.  Entertaining your family and friends is easy in this large, tastefully-decorated kitchen, loaded with brand new stainless steel LG appliances, new flooring, and custom-made 42” soft-close cabinets.  Enjoy your favorite meals sitting around the massive 4’ x 10’ granite island, while conveniently charging your smart devices with USB ports located underneath. Cool down from the summer heat using the two-zone HVAC system, equipped with Smart Honeywell Wi-Fi thermostats. There is ample parking with a spacious private 3-car garage, plus 1 additional parking space on a deeded parking pad.  The garage is also great for storing all of your beach equipment! Please note we will bring the trash & recycling bins to the curb for you and then take them back to the garage once trash & recyclables are collected, so there’s no need for you to do this yourself!
