Before inquiring, you must accept our Policies below: - Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. - No smoking - No pets allowed - No check-ins on Sunday in June or July. - No early check-in or late check-out - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in This little gem is located in the middle of Port Orange and is just a quick 3 mile drive to the beach! The house (Sleeps 4) was built in 2015, has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and all of its living space upstairs. Downstairs includes a half bathroom and laundry room with access to a huge fenced backyard with fire-pit and chairs to relax and enjoy a country feeling in town. Kitchen features granite counter-tops, stainless steel refrigerator w/ ice-maker and 4 burner stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and all the essentials to make home cooked meals. Gather around the family room to watch a movie on the 55" Smart TV (no cable). Secure WiFi.
