There is also a bathroom on this level, alongside a bedroom featuring a king bed and magnificent sound views with access to the upper-level sound-side deck. The second floor includes a queen bedroom with a bathroom accessible from two sides, another bedroom with two twin bunk beds that also boasts sound views and deck access, and the master bathroom. The queen bedroom situated street-side provides balcony access with ocean views. With the additional sofa bed in the living area, the property accommodates a maximum of 12 guests.
