The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
You enter into the living room area. Kitchen is to the left of the dining table and includes the washer/dryer. Full Bath is to the left of the kitchen and across from first bedroom.
Other two bedrooms are located upstairs with second full bath in middle of stairwell. Bathrooms are not located in rooms, great for groups!
Location is 2 miles from the intersection of I-20 East & I-285 inside the perimeter. 20 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Airport.
Sparkling clean 3BR, 2 Bath. SMART TVs and Xfinity WIFI 1200 mbps. There is a community watch program. One dedicated parking spot, guest parking available.

This is a quiet privately owned townhome community. Many of owners own two properties and there will be other booking guests in the area. Everyone is very helpful and eager to help any guests staying in the community. We prefer to complete a FaceTime check in and Zelle payment for the unit.
