You can see the incredible ocean views and enjoy your morning with views of the sunrise or ocean from the exquisite porch! →1 block from Beach & Boardwalk →Ocean Views from large balconies → Outside Shower → Fully equipped renovated kitchen + new appliances -We have a Smart TV with apps like Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc. You will need to sign in with your credentials. We also have local cable channels only. -Driveway can fit up to 4 cars. HOUSE RULES - No smoking inside the house -250 fine if detected. - We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident - No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time:200 fine per person detected - Please remove shoes - Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am(50 decibels).
