Property information

Beautifully remodeled beach cottage in the perfect location! The beach is literally just a few steps from your front door! Enjoy the peaceful setting of the beaches on the North end of Amelia Island. This home is also within easy walking distance to Main Beach. The home itself has been completed remodeled and designed with comfort and style in mind. It is truly the perfect cozy cottage and has that old-fashioned Amelia Island charm. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with stainless steel appliances and bathroom has all new fixtures. Beds have high-end linens to give you a comfortable stay. The outdoor shower is convenient after a day at the beach. Please note that only dogs are considered but they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. This wonderful beach cottage is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Fernandina Beach has to offer! *Please inquire for City of Fernandina Beach Resort Dwelling Number.

Neighbourhood information

This beach cottage is just up the street from Main Beach, which offers a playground, miniature golf, and seafood restaurants. The home is also just a short drive or bike ride to downtown Fernandina Beach and very convenient to the Atlantic Recreation Center pool, which traditionally offers public access and a kids splash park for a small fee. This is a wonderful location to enjoy the beach and lots of other great family activities, like Ft. Clinch State Park just around the corner.
