This breezy bungalow offers a quiet home base within a mile of Peter's Point Beach Park, the Amelia Trail, groceries, and local dining options. The Amelia River Golf Club, the Fernandina Beach Golf Club, and The Golf Club of Amelia Island are each within a two-mile radius of the home. When you're not making the most of your ideal location, enjoy leisurely Florida living on the private patio or the covered front porch. The updated interior features a single-level layout, making it easily accessible, and it comes thoughtfully furnished for modern family comfort. The full kitchen is well-appointed with all the major appliances, cookware, and serving utensils you'll need to plan home-cooked meals. A dishwasher is included for easy cleanup. Movie nights can be shared in the living room. Everyday essentials include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.
