This three-bedroom townhouse is just steps from the Atlantic Ocean, offering a private balcony overlooking lush canopies and access to a lovely shared swimming pool. Enter on the second floor of this two-story villa to be greeted by central air-conditioning, free high-speed WiFi, TVs, and a well-equipped kitchen. There's even a private washer/dryer to rinse your swimsuits nightly. In the evenings, you'll find one bedroom downstairs, and the other two bedrooms are upstairs and have attached bathrooms for your ease and convenience. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
