Ideally situated, you’ll find Peters Point Beachfront Park, The Amelia Club, and Black Rock Beach all within a seven-mile radius. Spend a day swimming, beachcombing, lounging in the warm sand, or playing a leisurely round of golf on a scenic course. Inside this retreat, you’ll be greeted by a vibrant blue living area featuring elegant furniture, plush seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and stylish accents. Cozy up by the warmth of the fire with a good book or stream all your favorite movies. A full kitchen hosts stainless steel appliances and sparkling countertops certain to make any home chef smile. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This condo is attached to another property. The entrance door is on the left side. Construction is currently occurring in the American Beach neighborhood. Noise may be audible during working hours.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
