Welcome to 817 Stockton! This home is in the heart of the Cape May historic district, and just a half-block from the beautiful expansive beach. 817 Stockton offers 4 different options. You can bring the whole family and rent the entire beautiful home or rent one of the apartments separately. The whole house sleeps 23 guests between the three floors. The first-floor (apartment 1) sleeps 8 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is additional sleeping in the living room on the pull-out sofa and a large deck off the kitchen for inside and outside entertainment. The second-floor (apartment 2) sleeps 8 with a private master suite and 2 additional bedrooms and bathroom. From the second floor you can catch glimpses of the Cape May beach front and enjoy the shared front porch to relax. The third-floor (apartment 3) sleeps 7 with 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with a full kitchen and private deck that provides views of the beach front and historic Cape May. The amenities are endless in this beautiful large home. Each floor/apartment has a kitchen and washer and dryer set, cable TV and WiFi and everything else you would want for a perfect vacation. Outside, there is a shared wrap-around porch outfitted with rockers, and out back, an outside shower and gas BBQ grill. USD 750 Owner Expense Fee applies to the whole house. Each individual unit will be charged a USD 250 Owner Expense Fee for all stays. Owner provides linens and towels for guests. Please provide number of adults and children for linen count.
