The porch space flows seamlessly into the second floor’s large, open floor plan that features the living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bathroom, which have all been updated with cool coastal decor, and all new furnishings with a modern touch. The living room is outfitted with a wall-mounted 75” Smart TV as well as a massive couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping space. The dining area is furnished with a table that has standard seating for 8 but can be easily extended to accommodate more guests. Head into the dine-in kitchen with all high-end appliances, a large kitchen island with bar stools, and a table with seating for 6. There are beautiful hardwood floors and additional furnishings throughout to allow you to vacation with all the comforts of home. The top floor of the vacation home is where 4 of the bedrooms are located.
