Kick back and enjoy the ultimate outdoor experience at our poolside bar, complete with barstools, vibrant lighting, and a massive 50' outdoor TV — perfect for catching the game while sipping your favorite poolside drink. Whether you're mixing cocktails at sunset, enjoying morning coffee with a view, this space is designed for relaxation and entertainment. It's an ideal spot to gather, laugh, and make memories. Upper and lower-level living areas provide plenty of room to spread out inside with plenty of comfortable overflow accommodations, and four smart TVs are equipped for streaming shows and movies. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Occupancy is per town permit. Streaming is available with guest credentials. Fireplace is not for guest use.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
