Located in the Ausable Acres community which has 10 miles of hiking trails, playground, tennis, BBQ grills, Lake Eaton for paddling and fishing, and more. Three luxurious bedrooms, each with King-sized beds. The home comfortably sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Pull-out sofa and twin-size foam mattress are available that can accommodate up to 2 additional people (generally used for kids, younger guests). All bedrooms boast flat-screen televisions, ceiling fans, closets, warm color schemes, and comfy linens. A pack-and-play is provided for your convenience. All linens are included. Each bedroom has warm, stylish colors and tasteful decor for a luxurious stay. The beds are comfortable and inviting for a restful night's sleep under beautiful, warm quilts. Extra pillows are on the beds for your enjoyment, and spare blankets are available for chilly nights. Two stylish and modern full bathrooms located on the main level and lower level. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers with rain shower heads. The kitchen offers granite countertops and a full complement of tools and appliances. Chairs around the dining table area enable your group to eat and gather together while viewing the beautiful wooded landscape outside. Tasteful, soft lighting sets the tone for relaxation. Views of the expansive backyard from the outdoor patio, an extension of the home's lower level, are beautiful. The patio contains a 5-person hot tub and Adirondack Trex chairs. The large yard offers corn hole and a fire pit for making s'mores! The charming front porch has 2 rocking chairs for relaxing and taking in the woodland views.

Our home is ideally situated just 10.7 miles from Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort, a half-hour drive from Lake Placid, steps from Lake Eaton, and 10 miles of hiking trails varying from relaxed beginner trails (including a trail that surrounds the lake) to harder climbs. Our home is within the Ausable Acres community and has boat access (kayaks and canoes) and fishing. Be sure to bring your gear for Pickle Ball, Bocce Ball, Tennis, Basketball, and Volleyball. The grounds have a pavilion with picnic tables and grills, a ball field, and a playground for kids. Trails can be used for hiking, mountain biking or cross-country skiing. There are plenty of activities minutes from our home - bring your gear for cross-country skiing, fishing, tennis, basketball, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, canoeing, and more! You are also close to adventures such as downhill skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, fishing, swimming, other water sports, and shopping, dining, sporting, and cultural attractions. The Ironman competition passes right through the town of Wilmington and Lake Placid and you are just 17 minutes from Whiteface!
