Remodel Duplex, two bedrooms, two bathrooms fully furnished, your washer & dryer, kitchen leaving room, totally fenced yard. This Duplex is in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to downtown for any meeting or night out but far enough to avoid traffic and noise. Don't worry if you arrive late, I will have a basket with water & popcorn.
