The Holiday House provides quiet seclusion on a private 50 acre fully forested estate in a vibrant area of Western North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains, with easy 20-minute access to all that Downtown Asheville has to offer. Holiday House is located off a quiet country lane in close proximity to Interstate 26 and is just 2 miles from the activities along the Blue Ridge Parkway and 10 minutes to the quaint mountain town of Weaverville. The “Holiday House” is approximately 2000 square feet and provides three full bedrooms, each
with its own attached full bathroom, in addition to a loft area with 3 single beds and games for
children. The house features two stories with bedrooms on the lower level, and master suite
