Please note, that this property requires each guest to sign an authorization letter in advance when reserving multiple rooms or making a reservation on behalf of another guest. Also, if you are coming in a group, you must let the property know in advance. If you plan to hold a meeting in the (Parlor/TV Room) you MUST reserve in advance FOR A FEE. The common area is limited in space due to its smaller size.
The American Guest House is available to assist guests with luggage from 10:00 to 20:00. Please note our property has many stairs and NO ELEVATOR.
