The Community pool is open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. Additional pool bracelets can only be purchased from the Community office Monday through Friday, during business hours. Guests can stream content on the TVs using their personal accounts. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
