Property details: This single-storey villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and will sleep up to 8 people. Located in the quiet community of Orange Tree, it is just a short 15-minute drive to Walt Disney World and just 1 mile to shopping and restaurants. The living room has a sofa and armchair with ottoman with a large TV, making this the perfect place to sit back, relax after a long day out at the parks. If you get hungry, you’ll find everything in the fully-equipped kitchen. You can eat at the dining table, which has seating for up to 6. There is a games room in the converted garage with a pool table. There is a large swimming pool, sun loungers for sunbathing, and a table and 6 patio chairs under the covered lanai. Make sure you arrange to have the spa heated, in advance (for an additional fee). There are four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom, and it has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 and 3 have a queen-size bed, and bedroom 4 has two single beds, which are great for the younger members of the family. Community details: Orange tree is a beautiful single-family mixed-use community that gets its name from the more than 1000 citrus trees which circle the community. The subdivision is ideally situated om HWY 27, with easy access to local stores and restaurants as well as the main highways that lead into the Orlando-area theme parks. There is a small lake, which is well-stocked with fish and other wildlife, a nature walk that goes around the whole community, and a tennis, basketball and soccer area for the families to play.
