The condo is on the 8th floor and is very spacious and private with a great view through large windows. The unit has one bathroom and one private bedroom with one king-sized bed. There is a large flat-screen TV in the living room and 1 Smart TV in the bedroom. The laundry room is located in the basement of the building. You will have full access to the whole apartment, basement laundry room, and patio lounge area. Downtown Atlanta is the ultimate in urban living. From the Victorian-era buildings to the brand-new skyscrapers, it’s the center of action in the city. Downtown has a few distinct areas, such as Fairlie-Poplar, South Downtown, Centennial Hill, and Sono. While each one has its own special flair and flavor, they all have the high-powered mix of restaurants, attractions, and commerce that characterizes Downtown. Just 10 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport Historic Downtown walking tour and Open House Atlanta Peachtree Center Marta Station is 3 blocks away. The train takes 25 minutes to the airport, Midtown is 5 minutes, Buckhead is 10 minutes. The condo is also right next to the on-ramp for I-75/85 and I-20, so getting around by car is also very convenient. You are a 5-10 minute Uber or Lyft from anything Downtown or Midtown, traffic considering. There are BYRD scooters for rent right outside the building per avail. This condo is on the Freedom Park Trail, so you can be on the Beltline in 10 minutes. Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and there is pollution around the area. The parking garage can get creepy at night, and there are often houseless individuals around the area and outside of our building. Note that the parking lot is on-site but privately owned. The owner is not very responsible, so you may see the trash, which is unfortunately beyond our control. Please find another parking lot if you are not comfortable. AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. We check the weather frequently and try to notify guests if we think it can be problematic, which may happen in transition seasons like the start of Spring or Fall. If you have very high standards for the temperature, we may not be your good choice. Please remember you are in a condominium with other residents and owners.
