Light, recently renovated, apartment. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one bath w shower, one shower). 1Gb fibre wifi. Laundry & dryer. Sunny backyard with grill; vegetable garden. Quiet neighborhood with very easy street parking; easy access to public transport (BART; Bus). Backyard is enclosed, so perfect for a pet. Kitchen well stocked with cookware and basic food items. Please do let me know before booking if you have a pet as there is an additional fee.
We are originally from England, but settled here 20yrs ago. Two kids, one dog, three chickens. Love the ocean and the mountains. Go camping and biking. Gardening. And love Soccer of course.
The street is residential, very peaceful with little traffic, and unusually very easy parking. Restaurants, breweries etc are a four block walk.
