Inside, you'll find a comfortable living area with everything you need for an easy vacation, including a flatscreen TV with cable and two sofas. The lovely fully-equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Additional luxuries include free WiFi, flat panel TVs/DVD playerss in the living room and all bedrooms, central A/C, washer/dryer, a soaking tub in the main bathroom, and two-car parking. Head down to the beach and Boardwalk for a day of sun and surf (four blocks), or stay home for a refreshing swim in Bahia Vista community outdoor pool. Located between the 10th and 11th streets in downtown Ocean City, guests have the convenience of walking to and from their favorite restaurants, shops, and attractions. Nearby restaurants include Pickles Pub, Pizza Mambo, Hammerheads Bar & Grill, Candy Kitchen, and more. In addition, this location makes it easy to enjoy Ocean City's many year-round events that take place in the Boardwalk and Inlet area, such as Springfest, Sunfest, Cruisin', and White Marlin Open - just to name a few! SHARED AMENITIES Outdoor pool THINGS TO KNOW Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
