Make your way to this colorful and cheery, two-story condo just one mile from John West Park, where you'll enjoy updated features and comfortable furnishings as well as access to some fantastic resort amenities! This wonderful retreat boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for quick snacks or chats with the cook, while sit-down meals can be enjoyed together in the formal dining room. In the evenings, gather in the living area and stream your favorite channels, or head out to the screened, furnished patio to close out your days with cocktails and conversation. For an additional fee, you and your guests are also welcome to sample the many resort amenities available through Bayside at Bethany Lakes. This includes pools, sports courts, and a fitness center. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License # THINGS TO KNOW For use of amenities, guests are required to pre-register and pay a resort fee. The resort fee from May 15 to September 15 is 45 dollars per person per week or 25 dollars per person for 3 days or less. The resort fee from September 16 - May 14 is 30 dollars per person per week or 20 dollars per person for 3 days or less. Guests opting to use the amenities must pay ahead of time via PayPay and will receive a key FOB for access. Guests must return the key FOB to the check-in office or guests will be charged for replacement. There is also a limited day pass option: Daily passes are 10 dollars per person per day and will be available on a limited basis (M-F excluding holidays starting at 9:00 a.m.). No key FOBs are available for daily use. All guests must abide by all community rules, including signing in and out of the Clubhouse.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
