We have lived in and traveled to many different countries and love experiencing and learning about different cultures. From our personal experience as guests to our professional experience in hospitality, we have high standards to provide the best stay. We all four are former military (Army and Navy). We love connecting with fellow West Point, Naval Academy, Marquette, Notre Dame (MBA), Wharton (MBA) and Syracuse (MBA) alums. We operate our own short and long term rental properties, but would be happy to talk to you about investing, managing or co-hosting yours. We are available to assist with anything needed during your stay. We love hosting and look forward to making your stay as comfortable as possible.

THIS IS A GROUND FLOOR UNIT. IT IS 1 of 4 UNITS IN THE BUILDING. Stay with us at this ocean front apartment in a PHENOMENAL location in Jax Beach. Walking distance to downtown Jax beach and a short drive to Neptune Beach town center. Both areas have amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and plenty of night life. The apt is fully renovated and has everything you need to enjoy the salt life. It shares a back porch area with the other 3 units

The property is located on the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants and the famous Jacksonville Beach pier. We love this area of Jacksonville Beach due to its proximity to the beach and proximity to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. Download the BeachBuggy App from Google Play or the Apple App Store - free rides all over Jax Bch! Personal car, bike, walk. Uber and Lyft also operate in the area.
