From our personal experience as Airbnb guests to our professional experience in hospitality, we have high standards to provide the best stay. We all four are former military (Army and Navy). We love connecting with fellow West Point, Naval Academy, Marquette, Notre Dame (MBA), Wharton (MBA) and Syracuse (MBA) alums. We operate our own short and long term rental properties, but would be happy to talk to you about investing, managing or co-hosting yours. We are available 24/7 but we like to give you privacy.

Step into our charming old home—a perfect retreat for up to 14 guests! 🏡 With 10 in the main house and 4 in (2) separate studios, everyone finds their cozy nook. Just one block from the beach, soak up the sun, dine at nearby restaurants, and cool off in the inviting pool. 🌊🍹🌟 **ATTENTION: Dear prospective guest, please note that there is an ongoing city renovation project in the area, which may result in construction noise during your stay. Additionally, certain road accesses might be closed or limited. If this poses a significant inconvenience, kindly reach out to us. We manage several properties and would be delighted to assist you in finding the perfect one for your needs.**

Neighbourhood information

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is a block from the beach. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife. Most people drive & use their own vehicles, but Lyft and Uber are for you to use. Bike and scooter rentals are also available! Or you could also walk to the beach. Just 3 minutes to the sand!
