We love connecting with fellow West Point, Naval Academy, Marquette, Notre Dame (MBA), Wharton (MBA) and Syracuse (MBA) alums. We operate our own short- and long-term rental properties, but we would be happy to talk to you about investing, managing, or co-hosting yours. THIS IS A GROUND FLOOR UNIT WITH OCEAN VIEWS BUT NOT OCEANFRONT. IT IS 1 of 4 IN THE BUILDING. Stay with us at this ocean-view apartment in a PHENOMENAL location in Jax Beach. Walking distance to downtown Jax Beach and a short drive to Neptune Beach town center. Both areas have amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping, and plenty of nightlife. The apt is fully renovated and has everything you need to enjoy the salt life.

The property is located a block from the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants and the famous Jacksonville Beach pier.
