Charming waterfront cottage #31 located in the famed Long island vineyard region. Home is approx 400 sqft and is light bright and airy with sky lights and full sliders in both the bedroom and living room showcasing the magnificent waterviews. Central air and heat, kitchen, full bath, living room with queen size pull out sleeper sofa. Large patio for relaxing and taking in the sun.
Private beachfront community with 36 other cottages nestled into a secluded wooded landscape step away from a private beach. you can walk to the beach from the private walkway located one house east of my cottage
