Located within the Beachside Colony Resort complex which offers two community pools, direct beach access, and an on-site restaurant The Deck featuring unique coastal cuisine. This condo offers a modern coastal feel and all new furnishings that will make guests feel right at home. The living room has an attached balcony and is furnished with a Queen sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The dining table seats 6, and the breakfast bar seats 3 at the counter. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining room. There are a full-size washer and dryer for guest use in the hall. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV, a private balcony with ocean views, and has an attached bath with double vanity and a whirlpool tub.
