Parking notes: There is free parking available at the beach house for up to 4 vehicles. With the optional golf cart rental, enjoy additional free parking at all the beach access lots. The golf cart should begin charging upon arrival. Before driving, disconnect the gray plug by hand and tuck both ends of the cables inside the seats. Additionally, place the black charger cable under the front seat. Ensure that no wires hang outside the seats while operating the vehicle. To recharge the golf cart, connect the gray plug and cables, and link the black cable from under the front seat to the yellow extension cord.

Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
