Spacious Deck & Outdoor Living: Unwind on the spacious deck with new outdoor sectional furniture, surrounded by lush evergreen landscaping that ensures your privacy. Fire up the propane gas grill or gather around the firepit for evening marshmallow roasting and star gazing. Grill utensils and long-handled forks make that easy to do! Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
