Minutes from Pompano Beach’s Beach & Pier (and all of the beach restaurants), yet centrally located with many local restaurants & grocery stores in the area, and right in front of Pompano Beach’s amazing 43 acre multi-purpose park (picnic areas with barbecue grills, children's playground, basketball courts, tennis center, outdoor exercise course, volleyball courts, a bike bath, jogging trail and much more). Beachway Per Ankh is a classic single level Florida Ranch house located on a spacious, private corner lot, that has been completely renovated with every modern amenity. Our six foot fencing will also enhance your family's quality private time. This is a great home for children and pets as it isn't bordering a canal or waterway, yet near the beach and centrally located.

Where Are We Located?:

Beachway Per Ankh is located in a safe, quiet, family friendly neighborhood that is close to the beach. We are centrally located to a multitude of restaurants (including waterfront restaurants), shopping malls (indoor & outdoor), grocery stores, movie theatres, outdoor terraces & bars. The park is within walking distance from the home to where the Blimp takes off and lands. The Park also is dog friendly and has a park for our pampered pooches, tennis courts, beach volleyball courts, bicycle trails, outdoor gyms, basketball courts, walking/running trails and much much more.

Electronic Guest Book:

Our electronic guest book is a great tool to keep on your phone and will guide you on everything from how to use everything in the house (remotes, A/C, appliances), as well as valuable neighbourhood information such as local maps, our neighborhood restaurant suggestions, our grocery store suggestions, the best shopping malls in the area, where to find the best beaches near our home, tourist attractions, activity suggested with contact details, safety information and much, much more. Pictures and video instructions are also worth a million words. Our intimate knowledge of our neighbourhood will be accessible to you via our very useful mobile app.

We Have Everything That You Need So Pack Light!:

Our goal is to simplify your family vacation to sunny Southern Florida!! So we invite you to pack light because we'll provide you with everything that you will need from bath towels to beach supplies (beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, sand toys, etc.) to children's supplies. No need to concern yourselves with laundry supplies, shampoos, soaps or dishwasher detergent. Beachway Per Ankh has everything you will need for your vacation, including but not limited to beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers with wheels, beach carts, towels, portable playpen (can be brought to the beach as well) and sand & pool toys. Our wish is for you to pack light, even when traveling with your baby & toddler. We have made every effort to supply you with all of the baby and toddler accessories. We will also supply everything that you need to consider our home as your home away from home: soaps, shampoos, conditioners, hair dryers, toilet paper, shower gels, body soaps, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, spices, espresso capsules, tea bags and other amenities.

Traveling With Your Baby or Toddler? We've Got You Covered:

Traveling with your toddler can be a hectic experience so we tried our best to make it as easy as possible for you. No need to travel with bulky baby supplies. Here is what we've equipped our house with: Baby Monitor, Outlet Covers, BabyCrib, Stroller (with sun canopy), Pack N Play/Travel Crib (for inside the house, the backyard or even the beach), Car Seats (for toddlers as well as the car seat base to connect the stroller's baby seat), Children's Books & Toys, and childcare recommendations also available. Child security is important so our swimming pool has a surrounding child fence (can be opened or removed to your preference), a pool gate alarm, and our home is also equipped with outlet covers and table corner guards. All you need to do is show up to a hassle free vacation and to enjoy a fabulous vacation at our home to enjoy the pool, beach and attractions in sunny Southern Florida!

Working Remotely? We've Got You Covered!:

Working remotely is facilitated with a computer workspace, a wireless printer and a 600 Mbps wireless internet connection. Your laptop on the table under the awning in the backyard, with an Espresso (we supply the Espresso Capsules), is also a very pleasant area to catch up on some quick emails :). We also have an electronic charging base for an organized connection of your phones, iPads & E-readers. The cabling is ready for USB-C, Lightening and Micro USB connected devices. Laptop cables are not supplied.

Our Kitchen Facilities: Beachway Per Ankh comes with a fully equipped kitchen with an Esspresso machine to begin your day the right way (including a supply of capsules), stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, water boiler, blender, dishwasher, pots and pans, utensils, rice maker, plates, cups, wine glasses, beer mugs and childrens' dinner wear.

Our Bedrooms:

Beachway Per Ankh has three very comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and has it's own, private bathroom (the Master Bathroom). The middle bedroom has a queen size bed this is also where the baby crib is located. The third bedroom has two twin beds Depending on preference the two twin beds can also be connected into one queen size bed. The sofa bed in the family room opens up to a king size bed.

Wall Mounted Smart TVs in Every Room:

The main TV in the family room is a smart 60" wall mounted TV and is also connected to a Virtual Reality PS4. Each bedroom has a wall mounted Smart TV. We're subscribed to the premium Xfinity cable TV package.

Our Backyard:

Our backyard is a pleasant, extremely private area, surrounded by 6 ft non see-through wood fencing. We have a retractable awning that is very convenient for those rainy days (or to shield yourself from the strong Florida sun). The backyard has a little jungle gym for the little ones as well as BBQ (with two spare propane tanks).

Our Swimming Pool:

Our swimming pool is a heated an in-ground pool with a removable child fence and pool alarm. The swimming pool is automated for heating and pool lighting. Heating is set to 85 degrees and it comes without a heating surcharge. Everything is already included in your nightly rate. Near the pool is an outdoor shower.

Travelling With Your Pet? We've Got You Covered:

We love our furry friends and are the proud parents of a beautiful Golden Retriever called Charlie. So please feel free to use Charlie's dog cage for your own pooch. There's a pet supply store one block away as well.

Your Security is Our Priority:

We take your security seriously. Our property includes a security system (code relayed to the front door lock), outdoor security cameras as well as a safe that is secured in place to store your valuables.

Fully Automated Home:

Beachway Per Ankh is a fully automated home. From the security system to the door locks. The security system can be automated to disarm when the front door code unlocks the door so no need to concern yourself with false alarms. The security panel has several panic buttons for easy two way communication (police, fire, ambulance). There's also a doorbell camera for you to see who's ringing at the door (video on the alarm panel). The exterior house lights turn on at sunset as well and turn off at sunrise. The thermostat is adjusted to your individual requested comfort level.

Damage waiver & Security Deposit:

Our Damage Waiver reduces the need for a large traditional security deposit and this is to facilitate your booking process with us. The security deposit is only a credit card hold in the amount of $500.00 because your reservation also includes an imputed damage waiver that covers you for up to $1,500.00 of accidental damage protection to the property or to its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to us BEFORE checking out. The damage waver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking or illegal activities. The damage waver is also not an insurance policy. The Damage Waiver does not provide liability coverage and does not cover vehicles or guest personal items. Damages for covered claims in excess of $1,500.00 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the your credit card.

Απαιτείται εγγύηση ζημιών ύψους US$500. Το κατάλυμα κάνει τη σχετική χρέωση μέρες πριν την άφιξη. Η πληρωμή θα γίνει μέσω πιστωτικής κάρτας. Η επιστροφή των χρημάτων σας θα γίνει μέσα σε 14 μέρες από το check-out. Η εγγύηση θα σας επιστραφεί ολόκληρη μέσω πιστωτικής κάρτας μετά από έλεγχο του καταλύματος.
