Spread out and relax in this home in the woods - there's plenty of room in front of the gas fireplace and out on the screened-in porch! Wood paneling and woodsy details throughout the home set the scene for a relaxing retreat. Cook up delicious meals in the full kitchen, which is equipped with full-size appliances that include a French-door fridge. Central air conditioning and a ceiling fan in each bedroom will keep everyone comfortable, while a private washer/dryer will keep everyone's gear clean. Pull the room-darkening shades closed if you want an even more peaceful sleep! When it's time for bed, everyone can find their own space across this home's three floors. On the lowest level, the first bedroom features two twin beds (with extra storage underneath!) and an entrance to the back deck. Across the hall, the second bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. Head up to the main floor, where the third bedroom is right by the downstairs staircase. This bedroom features a king bed and a private entrance to the screened-in porch. The full bathroom across the hall (featuring a standalone shower) can serve the guests residing in this bedroom. The final bedroom is on the top floor, featuring a king bed and a private balcony. The bathroom across the hall features double sinks, a standalone shower, and a jetted tub.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
