Company information

I am a former financial controller and the author of 2 published novels (Lazarus Cane and Michael Faust). My wife, Kendall, and I moved to the area in 2001, bought our first rental villa in 2002 and have slowly added properties ever since. We love interesting food and doing whatever we can to stay at the beach! We live on the island, about 10 mins from the villa, and we are always available to help or offer recommendations. We own a few units in the building and we clean and maintain them ourselves.

Enjoy a beautiful ocean-view right from your private balcony in this oceanfront community. This nautical & beach themed villa is conveniently located on the second floor near the front of the building. Very tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation: Beach Chairs, Bikes, Games and Beach Toys. Please Note: Maximum of 4 Adults No pets are allowed on the property -- Fines from POA Service Animals require paperwork to be filed with my POA prior to booking No Smoking or Vaping of any kind in Villa No motorcycles, trailers, RV's or Golf Carts

Neighbourhood information

The villa is located in Seaside Villas a gated oceanfront complex within walking distance to the main tourist center (Coligny Plaza, The Tiki Hut, and lots of shopping and restaurants), and biking distance from lots more. The building is oceanfront and our villa is ocean view along the side, 6 units back from the front. Biking is the most common form of transportation. We provide 2 and rentals are available if you need more, or you can bring your own (racks are in the front of the building). Between biking and walking, you really don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore other parts of the island.
