This unique and tranquil getaway have a private entrance and is attached to the main house in Quartz Hill. You will have the entire suite to yourself including bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. You will sleep in a comfortable Queen bed and relax on a big couch when needed to watch TV on a 55 inch smart TV. You will have your own air conditioner and heat. We are located in a quiet and safe residential area near the cull de sac where you will love the easy access to plenty of free street parking .
The property is about 5 to 10 minutes drive from major grocery stores ,restaurants and banks and gas station. AV college is 12 mins drive,
AV Hospital about 15 mins away, Palmdale Regional Hospital 20 mins
