This is a three-bedroom, two-bath condominium in a desirable downtown historic area, only 350 feet from the boardwalk and beach and with an outdoor pool. You'll also have a fully-equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, a whirlpool Jacuzzi tub, a fireplace, balconies, an elevator, and an outside shower. Bel Mare 204 is in a great location for all inlet events close by and you can come and go as you please. This home includes internet, TVs in all four rooms, and covered parking for your bikes, corvettes, and cruisers. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is not available for use. The swimming pool is operated by the complex and Vacasa has no authority over the pool. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; subject to change without notice including days and hours of operation in which the pool is open. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
