This remodeled home is the perfect Port Aransas retreat for any group, whether you are on a family vacation, reunion, or romantic getaway. The deck will quickly become a favorite lounge space, with lounge chairs, Gulf views, and a grill. There are four covered patio areas with tons of seating, including a picnic table, Adirondack chairs, and a bench. Enjoy access to a shared pool with a fun waterfall feature. The beautiful beaches await nearby. Port Aransas is on the very northern tip of Mustang Island at the intersection of Harbor Island and St. Jo's Island. It is an eco-tourism area with lots of wildlife, including a wide variety of migratory birds. Bay and deep sea fishing are excellent, with many charter boats in the marina. The USS Lexington is about 30 miles away, and right next door is the Texas State Aquarium. Cruise to town, offering serenity and peace from the hustle and bustle. Golf enthusiasts can practice their swing at the nearby Palmilla Golf and Beach Resort, offering greens on both sides of the highway with a cart bridge connecting the two. The club has a pro shop and snack bar available. The main floor has a large combined open kitchen, dining, and living area. The spacious living area has 15-foot ceilings, a comfortable sofa bed, and a TV. The kitchen boasts an oven, stove, microwave, and refrigerator and is well-equipped for all cooking needs. It even includes a coffee maker, Keurig machine, and blender. Perch at the kitchen bar as the chef preps delectable dishes, then gather for home-cooked meals at the dining table. The primary bedroom has a private balcony with Gulf views. The guest bedroom features a TV. Third bedroom is at ground level. Guests must use the exterior stairs to enter the house on the second level for the bathroom. There is NO RESTROOM on the ground level. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided.
