Launch your next beach vacation from this spacious three-story 5-bedroom, 4-bath Bethany West! The first floor features a full bath and media room, while the second floor is home to the main living area, primary suite, two additional bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, deck and screened porch. The third floor offers two more bedrooms and a loft area with pool table. There's also a nearby in-season trolley stop to downtown Bethany Beach (fee required). Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 4 TVs (all flat-screens), 4 Blu-rays, pool table, outside shower, gas grill, Wifi. Things to Know Recreation passes for use of the pool and tennis courts are 30 dollars per person per week or 10 dollars per person per day, as of 2024, and may be purchased at the Clubhouse near the back pool. Guests will be required to provide a copy of their lease at the Clubhouse when purchasing recreation passes. Recreation pass fees are subject to change at any time by the community Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
