Please leave empty vacuum seal bags in closet if blankets are needed/used. | Coffee station with 2-way coffee maker (traditional drip or Keurig): Coffee/K-cups/creamers/sugar provided | Washer & dryer with detergent & dryer sheets provided | Guests have entire space. When enjoying the backyard, please stay within the area directly behind the house. Please NO CLIMBING on fencing at the rear of property. | The property is on a dead end street with very little traffic outside of the local neighbors. The neighborhood is quiet, has friendly neighbors, and a great location to take a stroll. | Message through the app/website | Emergency Contact Numbers on the refrigerator | Please read house rules BEFORE booking. All booking guests must be present at check-in and for the duration of the booking. All booking requests are subject to photo ID request as proof of agreement to house rules.
