The lower level will be the hub for gathering with friends and family in the living room for a movie night, yet you can also host a special dinner by whipping up a favorite recipe in the full kitchen! Come summer, you can step out to the private patio and breathe in the fresh air. Plus, peace and quiet are easy to find with all three bedrooms located upstairs away from the rest of the home. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
