Just a four-minute drive from downtown Belfast, you'll have access to lively wharves, restaurants, and shops, while returning to the peaceful, private retreat of Blue Loon after a day of adventure. Look for the loon plaque marking the entrance to a forested driveway, leading to a large parking area and nine acres of lawn and pond access with two docks for canoeing, kayaking, or fishing. You can even enjoy fresh vegetables from the garden during your stay. Inside, the main living area boasts vaulted ceilings, arched windows, and a cozy fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for shared meals, whether inside in the dining room or outside on the patio. The spacious living room offers ample seating for entertaining, along with streaming wireless TVs, a wireless radio/CD player, and board games for your enjoyment. Contemporary art and cozy furniture make it the perfect place to relax. The two comfortable bedrooms feature non-allergenic duvets, and the two bathrooms include a unique bathtub for extra relaxation. Sliding doors open to the expansive porch, furnished with outdoor couches, chairs, and a dining table for six with an umbrella. Please note: This property includes a lower unit, so you may encounter other guests during your stay. Things to Know This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
