You'll have four bedrooms and three baths, a sofa bed, two rollaway twin beds, and a futon. The first floor has two bedrooms, with a queen in the first and two bunk beds in the second. The first-floor bedrooms have doors that open up to porches, and both share a hall bath. The second floor has two bedrooms with a queen bed and a private bath in the first and a king bed in the primary suite with a private whirlpool bath. Both second-floor bedrooms have doors that open to a porch/deck. Also, there is a video game room for kids of all ages, including an Xbox 360 with Guitar Hero, family games, and puzzles. This home has an expansive, well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, two sinks, a dishwasher, a large TV with surround sound, color cable TVs in all bedrooms, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and central heat and air. Other amenities include open, covered porches, an open deck, an enclosed outdoor shower, a walkway to the marsh and a private gazebo, parking under the house, and beach access just one house down. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
