This classic, quintessential 1930s bungalow was renovated in 2010 featuring two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an updated kitchen with a gourmet range. Curl up on the living room's cozy sofa and stream the season finale of your favorite series on the smart TV. The free high-speed WiFi allows streaming with no issue and will be ideal to update your social media and stay in touch with your loved ones back home. Perched on the side of the hill in the quaint village of Spruce Head Island, overlooking the harbor with expansive views of the ocean and surrounding islands. Beautiful perennial gardens abound; no need for artwork on the walls; simply look out your front windows for a beautiful and ever-changing canvas! Or relax on the covered porch to the sights and sounds of this classic working waterfront. Enjoy the simple pleasures of life - vacationing in Maine, the fresh salt air, and the sunshine! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The wood stove is not available for guest use. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
