Hello and welcome to our home! I am your host Dicle ( Deechlay). I am an architect and a mom to two boys. We are a family that travels and values nature and architecture. We wanted to share our passion with our guests. We look forward to having you as our guest!

he Luana House is a spacious one story home with 30 foot high vaulted ceilings and open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Recently rebuilt and designed by local architect. Design features of Boho style modern furniture and local art. Thoughtfully designed by registered architect. House layout has total of 4 bedrooms; 2 master suites with bathroom and walk in closets. 2 guest suites with walk-in closets, Jack and Jill bathrooms. There is an additional bathroom that opens to lanai for easy access. Every bedroom is equipped with brand new Fujitsu split A/C system in bedrooms to make your stay more comfortable. Our backyard opens to the 6th hole on the Makai golf course, spacious and kids friendly. Enjoy your morning coffee watching chickens, Nenes and colorful birds. We also have a zen style private courtyard that features red cedar soaking hot tub, seating area, dining arena, charcoal BBQ, tiki torches, outdoor shower, tropical plants and water lilies. Please enjoy what you can eat from our garden with a selection of papayas, avocados, lemons, limes, grapefruits, and pomelos! Guests will have access to an oversized 800 square foot two car garage that features a 65” TV , an exercise area, weights, yoga mats, desk, bicycles, boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, beach toys, and beach BBQ. Kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking and entertaining. There are three work stations with high speed internet, computer and printer to use. Perfect for remote work or learn. We also have pack and play, stroller and high chair for families traveling with babies. Toys for kids and 4 TVs in different rooms. Most rooms have black out shades for afternoon naps.

Our home is conveniently located just a short 10 minute walk along the golf course to the Princeville Shopping Mall which includes, Foodland Grocery store, Lapperts Ice Cream, Tiki Iniki restaurant, and much more! You can also take your family for a stroll to the local playground in just 5 minutes or a 20 minute walk to the Westin where Anini Beach trail leads down to the ocean. Our backyard faces the Makai golf course perfect for kids to run around and play outdoor games.
