The accommodation spans a private full floor with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Sleeping areas include a king bed, a queen bed, and a bunk bed in separate rooms. A second bathroom is planned for early December and will replace the bunk bed room; guests may inquire for details, as the layout may change. Additional accommodations may be available on request. The living area includes preserved details, high-speed WiFi, a fifty-five-inch smart TV, and in-room items such as a Nespresso machine, microwave, and mini fridge. The bathroom includes a standard tub and separate shower, with towels and toiletries provided. A shared kitchen on the main level includes a gas stove, quality cookware, a Vitamix, a KitchenAid mixer, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. A dining area is available, and guests generally use the kitchen at different times, though private time slots can be arranged. Parking is available behind the property on a first-come basis, with additional street and garage options nearby. A Tesla EV charger is also available. Amenities include a Peloton Bike+, an infrared sauna, a cold plunge, city bikes, a charcoal grill, a pizza oven, and HEPA air purifiers. Optional services include private chef meals, spa treatments, in-room dining, mid-stay cleanings, and the option to combine this stay with larger accommodations or nearby waterfront homes. The standard rate applies to the first four guests. Each additional guest is charged fifty dollars per person per day, and pets are welcome with a forty dollars per pet per day fee.
