Beautiful 1 bedroom unit located in the heart of Downtown Bayside, in the building you will have a very nice pool and hot tub with Bar, restaurant right next to it and a brand new gym well equipped on the same floor. Around the area, Museums, restaurants, clubs and obviously the Miami Heat arena. Bayside is literally 10 minutes away walking from the place, where you can find spots to rent a boat, jet ski or to have tour boat rides around the most famous islands where all the celebrities live.
