IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the resort hot tub heating service is currently out of service. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. If you have any other concern please do not hesitate to contact us. Featuring three bedrooms, this condo can host up to 7 guests at a time. There is a large King bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a private patio entrance attached. The bathroom has a soaker tub, a double vanity, and large standing shower as well. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed also has a patio attached. The third bedroom has Minions themed decorations and a bunk-bed. The bunk has a twin bed on the top bunk and a full bed on the bottom. All the bedrooms have smart TVs with high speed internet access. The unit you'll be staying in is situated facing the street. While this provides a great view, we also want to inform you that there might be potential noise due to its location. We're taking proactive steps to minimize any inconvenience. Your understanding is so much appreciated. • There is basic cookware available in the unit. NOTE: Please note that the dryer is currently out of order. Maintenance team is working to fix the issue. If you have any concern please do not hesitate to contact us. Pet Friendly: • One pet up to 75lbs is very welcome at our home. The pet fee is 99.00 USD Additional Services: • We're happy to deliver: - a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for 40.00 USD (one-time fee). - a Highchair for 40.00 USD (one-time fee).

Please do not smoke inside the house. If evidence of smoking indoors is found, you will forfeit your security deposit. Please do not check-out late. Please do not leave garbage in the unit and please tidy up per your rental agreement there are fees associated with trash removal and unit deep cleans. If your check-out affects the maid, you will be charged a late check out fee per your rental agreement. If it affects the next guests ability to check in, you will forfeit your security deposit. If you have a pet that sheds excessively, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee that is outlined in your rental agreement. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
