The home has one large downstairs master bedroom with a huge jacuzzi tub, large walk in closet and washer/dryer located in the connected master bathroom. There are two upstairs bedrooms that share a bathroom, with one full size and one queen size bed. Fully stocked kitchen with paper towels, dish and dishwasher detergent, sponge, trash bags, kitchen cleaner, all pots and pans, dishes, utensil, etc. Coffee and tea bar with both keurig machine and Breville espresso machine, french press, coffee, filters, sugar, artificial sweeteners, and creamers. In the cupboard there are flashlights, extra batteries and bulbs. Lots of appliances including blenders, toasters, crock pot etc. Get your breakfasts started with some fresh, free-range eggs from the chickens on my family farm just 20 minutes away in Summerville, Georgia. You can taste the difference! The home is heated with wall propane gas furnaces that you may turn on/off at your convenience, as well as a wood burning stove that will be fully prepped for your first fire! Lots of firewood stocked both indoors and with extra just outside. Large deck with stunning brow views, with 6-person hot tub, gas grill (one tank of propane provided), and gas fire table. Screened in sun room with lounge chair, hammock. Lots of board games, cards, poker tabletop, foldable card table. Lots of vintage books. Smart TVs in each room. We also have some baby/child supplies including high chair, baby walker, buildable play fence, pack n play and crib sheets. Children's cups and plates in pantry
