Enjoy a tranquil evening in your enclosed backyard featuring a gas grill, an extensive patio with several seating options, and a seating area with a firepit, perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare mouth-watering homemade meals, while the private washer/dryer ensures you can stay comfortable during your extended stay. The living room and dining area are simply unique with hand-carved teak furniture. Spread out comfortably on the recliners in the living area and watch a favorite show on the TV with surround sound with subwoofers. There is an electric fireplace available for the winter months. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
