The living area opens onto a beautiful deck with an alfresco dining area where you can gather for meals or play board games. On this level, you will also discover a bedroom with a smart TV. The second floor features a primary suite and a junior suite, each with its own full attached bathroom. The primary suite boasts a smart TV and a private balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset over the Town of Bethany Beach. Additional perks include a gas grill, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, EV charger, Ping-Pong table, cornhole, EV charger, an XBox, and high-speed WiFi. This elevated home offers a peaceful escape while still being close to all the action. The charming beach town of Bethany Beach offers a variety of activities for visitors to enjoy, including Bethany Beach (known for its beautiful sandy shores), Bethany Beach Boardwalk, Fenwick Island State Park, Delaware Seashore State Park (fishing, hiking, and birdwatching), Bethany Beach Nature Center, shopping, paddleboarding, kayaking, and golfing (Bear Trap Dunes or Salt Pond Golf Club). Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please respect the no dog policy. This is an elevated home with a flight of steps to get to the main living level. TVs are streaming only with Guest login. There is no cable.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
