As innkeepers in historic Harpers Ferry, we feel privileged to live in a true national treasure - and we love helping people from all over get to know it at our bed & breakfast! Our goal is to offer the hospitality of a traditional country inn with modern comforts and amenities. Both of us have lived in Harpers Ferry for over fifteen years. Peruvian native Etel Garro is an artist, teacher, and chef who has owned a restaurant in Charles Town, been an elementary school principal in Peru, and directed a film festival in Arlington, Virginia. From kayaking the Shenandoah and biking the C&O Canal Towpath, to retracing the footsteps of John Brown and the campaigns of Jackson, Sheridan, and Early, to square dancing in Shepherdstown and horse racing in Charles Town, the area offers the visitor an incredible mix of things to do.
