Walk with ease to shopping, dining, galleries, and nightlife. After a fun day at the beach, enjoy a movie night in the living room or sip a refreshing sunset beverage on the deck. You’ll love the two-story layout, home office area, and sparkling full kitchen. LIVING AREA The living room offers a smart TV with access to streaming apps. (You must log into your own account.) The office area has a writing desk and great natural light -- perfect for letting the creativity flow. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. The dining table seats four. BED & BATH This apartment sleeps four guests between two bedrooms. Occupying the entire top floor, the primary suite offers a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Take your morning coffee on the small deck, located just outside your front door. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Beach chairs are also provided in your rental. Assigned parking is available for one compact car in the parking area next to the unit. The parking spot cannot accommodate large SUVs. Street parking is not available. The fireplace is not operational. Access to this two-story apartment is via one flight of stairs from the parking area to the entryway. This rental does not have central air-conditioning. Window AC units are located in each bedroom, and portable fans provide added cooling. LOCATION Commercial Street’s shops, restaurants, and galleries are just a 4-minute stroll from your rental in the Historic District. Walk 7 minutes to MacMillan Pier to watch the ships come in or take the boat shuttle to Long Point.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
